Kosher Culinary Arts School

Kingsborough Community College’s Center for Economic and Workforce Development and Office of Continuing Education in conjunction with the Center for Kosher Culinary Arts inaugurated the only professional kosher cooking school in North America. It offers a six-week intensive course that teaches students culinary skills and kosher cooking while also attaining food service training.  Students can earn two industry-recognized certifications, New York City food Handler Certification from the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene and ServSafe Food Handler Certification from the National Restaurant Association.  The facilities and food are 100% Kosher.  To apply please contact the director of the Center of Kosher and Culinary Arts, Jesse Blonder at 718-513-9934 to receive and application and schedule an interview.
